Shipping
I ship out once a week via priority mail, which means you should recieve your item within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes, things will happen a little later, but I'll try my best to contact you and let you know if that's going to happen. I decided to charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping on every shopping cart order, regardless of how many items you buy. It occasionally works out in my favor, but not usually. Either way, it's a lot more convenient this way!

Return Policy
If you don't like it, I would love it if you would return it. I will issue you a full refund minus shipping(but I will pay for your return shipping). If there is any way I can resolve a problem without a return, I will try the best I can to do so. Obviously, I will not accept any returns that have been clearly used(for instance, the fact that your dog likes to chew on my bears is not really my problem).
